About

Known for her versatility and intense musical interpretation, Colorado harpist Jenna Hunt, brings a fresh perspective to being a modern musician in today’s musical culture. Her talents combine training in jazz and classical; she received her bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance at University of Northern Colorado in 2015 and completed her master’s degree in Harp Performance at University of Denver in 2020 where she was a finalist in the university’s concerto competition. She has studied under such legendary harpists as Ann Marie Liss, Grace Browning and Kathy Bundock-Moore. Ms. Hunt has performed at prestigious venues with ensembles around the world including Carnegie Hall, The Sydney Opera House, Shanghai Performing Arts Center and Lincoln Center. Currently based in Colorado, Jenna routinely performs as a soloist, with local orchestras, jazz musicians, chamber ensembles, and also regularly enjoys bringing her lovely music to weddings and special events all over Colorado. She is currently the harp instructor at Colorado College in Colorado Springs, as well as Metro State University of Denver.
